The long-term health of the American Optometric Foundation is dependent on a healthy portfolio of endowments. You can help the Foundation by making a gift or pledge to any one of the following funds.

  1. Become a donor! If you already support AOF, please consider increasing your gift to the next donor level. Your generosity will be recognized on our website and in our Annual Report.   2. Give a memorial donation or celebrate an occasion through a gift to support the future of optometry. We will send an acknowledgement of your generosity to the appropriate individuals. Please download the book of honor form or contact the AOF office for more information.

  3. Join our Legacy Society. If you include AOF in your will or donate a gift other than cash, you will be recognized as a lifelong member of our Legacy Society. Please contact the AOF office for more information.

  4. Join the Ezell Club. This donor group is for Ezell Fellow alumni only. Ezell Club funds directly support the Ezell Fellowship program. If you are a former Ezell Fellow and would like to join, please contact the AOF office for more information.
