Exhibitor Information for Academy 2013 Seattle
Washington State Convention Center: October 23-26, 2013
The American Academy of Optometry invites you to exhibit at Academy 2013 Seattle October 23-26, 2013. This is the most comprehensive optometry meeting in the world and represents the full spectrum of optometry leaders, vision science professionals and decision-makers. Your participation at this meeting offers unequalled opportunities to be present among other leaders in the eye care industry and to showcase your products and services to the vision science community.

The exhibit hall will be open Wednesday evening with our popular Attendee Welcome Reception. We will continue to offer lunch in the exhibit hall on both Thursday and Friday afternoons. Don’t delay! Please submit your application to reserve your space as soon as possible. The Academy values the educational contribution made by exhibiting companies who share the vision and objectives of our members.

Exhibit Hall Dates and Hours 

Wednesday, October 23, 2013: 5:00 to 7:30 PM

Thursday, October 24, 2013: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Friday, October 25, 2013: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

2013 How to Exhibit

How to get started:

Complete the Exhibit Space Contract in its entirety.  All areas must be completed in full and must be signed in order to expedite processing.  Be sure to fill in your top three booth number choices on your application. You can choose from currently available booths located on the Academy 2013 Seattle Floorplan. 

Send in your contract, with a non-refundable deposit of 25% to the Exhibit Sales Department, c/o American Academy of Optometry, 2909 Fairgreen Street, Orlando, FL  32803.
 
Please also fax your completed contract to 407-893-9890 to officially reserve your space and increase your chances of getting one of your chosen spaces. You will receive an email from the Exhibit Sales Team, confirming your assigned location, within 48 business hours of sending your fax.
