Abstract

A 65 year-old Caucasian male with new onset blurred vision and cognitive/gait deficit, underwent ventriculoperitoneal shunt placement for hydrocephalus, attributed to coccidioidomycosis which presented as a disseminated form of meningitis and unilateral chorioretinopathy.
