Abstract

A 77 year-old male presents with persistent post-operative inflammation after uncomplicated phacoemulsification with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. With the aid of ultrasound biomicroscopy, lens malposition is diagnosed as the likely contributing factor to inflammation.
