In Phoenix, there’s a unique opportunity to celebrate the life of Dr. Borish. Come to this year’s Borish Festschrift, featuring scientific discoveries by Borish Award winners and Borish Ezell Fellows, at 8-11 AM on Saturday, October 27, in Room 122 A-C of the Convention Center.

Contribute to Dr. Borish's Legacy

The Irvin M. Borish Ezell Fellowship Fund provides, in perpetuity, one student each year with an $8,000 fellowship and two $750 travel fellowships to attend the Academy Meeting and the ARVO meeting. The Fund was created with over $100,000 from Dr Borish's Trust and $130,000 from Essilor. in 2012, Essilor donated an additional $25,000. Academy attendees are invited to make their own memorial donation at the AOF Booth.
