8 AM to 10 AM Public Health Papers Room 228 10 AM to Noon Public Health and Environmental Vision Symposium Sustainable Efforts in International Eye Care Room 121 A-C Preventable blindness and vision impairment is a major problem, particularly in the developing world. Humanitarian efforts of the past were spirited but typically addressed only the symptoms of the problem. Speakers with experience in combating eye care issues internationally include:
