Abstract 60 year-old Hispanic Male presents with unilateral redness and increased intraocular pressure progressing to proptosis and strabismus. CT angiography confirms diagnosis of Carotid Cavernous Fistula, followed by improvement of symptoms despite unsuccessful endovascular intervention.
