Abstract Phylectenular keratoconjunctivitis is a Type IV hypersensitivity reaction to an infectious agent. However, diagnosing the cause of this reaction can be difficult. We present a case of phylectenular keratoconjunctivitis caused by a staphylococcal hypersensitivity reaction.
