Fees include all educational programming except workshops and leadership courses (additional fees/registration) and except where noted. Fellowship Banquet tickets can be purchased for $25 each. Attendees are not required to pre-register for specific lectures unless the sessions have additional fees (such as hands-on workshops, leadership workshops, Diplomate prep courses).

Please note that badges and registration materials will not be mailed out in advance of the meeting. Pick up your registration materials in the convention center (West Concourse near West Lobby D) or satellite registration kiosks at the Rosen Plaza Hotel beginning at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, October 22.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be received in writing.  For a full refund less a $25 fee, cancellation requests must be received by August 30, 2019. Any requests received between August 31, 2019 and September 26, 2019 will receive a full refund less 25%. No refunds will be issued after September 27, 2019.
