Calling all Student and Resident members! 

Are you interested in earning some extra money while assisting the Lectures and Workshops Committee? We have several 4-hour shifts available to serve as a room monitor during Academy 2019 Orlando and 3rd World Congress of Optometry! 

As a room monitor, you will be stationed to monitor a designated CE room for half a day, minimum of 4 hours. Your duties will include introducing speakers, monitoring CE attendance and assisting the committee in other various tasks as needed. As compensation for your services you will receive $50 for each 4-hour shift and you will receive CE credit for the courses you monitor. You can volunteer for one or more shifts.

2) Review the options listed and select the spots you like.  Some time slots offered are less than 4 hours long, so please make sure to select an adequate number of spots to meet the 4-hour minimum requirement.

3) You will NOT need to register an account or keep a password on

We are required to collect tax forms from all individuals who are compensated. Please upload a signed form to Tax Form Upload or email Ewa Koguciuk by October 14, 2019.

We will not be able to compensate anyone who does not submit their tax form.
