Abstract

62 y/o male presents with a central corneal ulcer after over-wearing & swimming in soft hydrogel lenses. Culturing revealed Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Management included Pentacam & OCT imaging, topical & oral antibiotics, and topical steroids.
