Abstract

31 year-old black male with atopic history presents with bilateral blepharoconjunctivitis of unknown etiology that persists despite various treatment. Improvement of symptoms accomplished with oral antiviral therapy for presumed Herpes simplex virus blepharoconjunctivitis.
