Sclerochoroidal Calcification Masquerading as Malignancy in a Patient with Multiple Myeloma

Abstract

A multiple myeloma patient presents with a new asymptomatic, elevated, amelanotic choroidal lesion in the left eye. Subsequent ocular and systemic workup ruled out the possibility of malignancy, enabling the diagnosis of sclerochoroidal calcification.
