Abstract

A 13-year-old Asian female presented with longstanding diplopia and intermittent exotropia. Neuro-optometric evaluation revealed characteristics of Post-Trauma Vision Syndrome including presence of Visual Midline Shift Syndrome. Symptoms were significantly relieved through office-based vision therapy.
