Abstract

A tick bite leads 36-year-old male to Optometry due to bilateral lagophthalmos secondary to bilateral seventh nerve facial weakness. Lyme disease necessitates early detection, diagnosis, along with systemic and ocular treatment to accelerate patient recovery.
