Abstract

55-year-old Hispanic female presents for referral of conjunctival lesion with corneal involvement that was suspicious for Ocular Surface Squamous Neoplasia. Patient was started on topical 5-Fluorouracil. Upon one-month follow-up examination, the lesion is showing improvement.
